Our extensive work for Not for Profit clients often leads us to situations that call for sensitivity and acute empathy.
Physical or mental health issues have an accompanying social bearing on self-confidence and stature and account for the need to close off to the world, where the imposition of a camera is perhaps the last thing required.
The way through this is to give precedence to picking the right time and approach, which is essential to set up a scene in which the subject is the story-teller, where they are given over to a moment of reality that they want to be shared.
